Regionalization Study PSA With Donohue Planned

DGSD has negotiated scope and fee with Donohue & Associates, Inc. for a regionalization study of wastewater treatment and collection options, and Board approval of the Professional Services Agreement will be requested at the July 21, 2026 meeting. The study will evaluate partnerships with neighboring treatment works and value-engineer the existing facility plan.
