Initial subscription term runs from 7/1/2026 to 6/30/2027 and all subscriptions automatically renew for additional one-year periods unless either party provides written (email acceptable) non-renewal notice at least 30 days before the end of the then-current term. Renewal of promotional or one-time priced subscriptions will be at Salesforce’s applicable list price in effect at renewal; any decrease in subscription volume or term will result in re-pricing at renewal without regard to the prior per-unit pricing. This Order Form may function as an early or on-time renewal of subscriptions under Contract No. 02541363, which will be terminated or expired as specified.
