Towns Sign MOU for Marsh/Road Project Collaboration

The Town of Cape Elizabeth and the Town of Scarborough have entered into a memorandum of understanding to partner on the Spurwink Marsh restoration and Sawyer Road removal project. Both municipalities contributed cash match funding to meet grant requirements and have agreed to cooperative project delivery.
