Encroachment agreement planned with James Dick Construction Limited

The County of Wellington authorized the Warden and Clerk to execute an Encroachment Agreement involving James Dick Construction Limited for the Erin Gravel Pit conveyor belt tunnel at 5458 Winston Churchill Blvd once terms are finalized. The agreement will be completed in coordination with the County Engineer, County Solicitor and Region of Peel.
