The Planning Director has recommended awarding the 2026 Hall Roof Replacement Project construction contract to Kammerling Construction, LLC as the lowest responsive and responsible quoter. The project will replace the hall roof with funding from the Road-I-65 Community Development Form on 44 RDC, pending board approval of the construction agreement.
