The City of Glendale is amending its CM@Risk agreement with Okland Construction, Inc. for the Downtown Campus Reinvestment Project to establish a fourth Guaranteed Maximum Price of $5,699,701 for Murphy Park and related code and security upgrades. This sixth amendment fixes a $271,646 construction phase fee, updates total contract compensation to $84,434,077, and sets substantial and final completion dates through June 30, 2026.
