LKC To Revise Garney Construction Highway 64 Contract

Franklinville commissioners directed staff and LKC Engineering to modify the Garney Construction contract for the Highway 64 water project to better protect the town. The revised agreement, including risk and warranty provisions, will return to the Board for final approval and be financed via a commercial lender.
