Fairbanks, Tolles finalize CTE satellite program MOU

Fairbanks Local Schools entered into an MOU with Tolles Career & Technical Center to operate agriculture science and career awareness satellite programs at Fairbanks, with annual reimbursement to Tolles based on an ODEW FTE funding formula.
