The Town of Apple Valley and Hidden Rock Development Group, LLC are executing Addendum No. 4 to the Oculta Roca Development Agreement to adopt a revised master plan, increase project density to 84 cabins and 50 residential lots, and authorize PID bond proceeds as security for constructing public improvements.
