Beginning with the 2026-27 school year and remaining in effect until Coatesville Area School District chooses to renew or either party provides at least 90 days’ written notice before the end of a school year of termination, effective at the beginning of the next school year.

The memorandum remains in effect until Coatesville Area School District chooses to renew the agreement or either party gives at least 90 days’ written notice before the end of a school year, with termination effective at the beginning of the next school year. Modifications must be in writing with the same formality as the original agreement.
