NYCHA intends to enter into a $60 million IDIQ contract with Overwatch Services, LLC dba City Safe Partners Security for unarmed uniformed security and fire guard services at developments citywide. The contract will start around November 1, 2026 with an initial three-year term and two optional one-year renewals at NYCHA’s discretion.
