The DeWitt County Road and Bridge Committee recommended forwarding a Certificate of Authority to the full board to allow County Engineer Mark Mathon to execute a joint purchase agreement with the Illinois Department of Central Management Services for bulk rock salt under the CMS Joint Purchase Program.
