ISU Seeks 20-Year Land Lease to City of Ames

The Iowa Board of Regents Property and Facilities Committee is asked to recommend approval of a 20‑year land lease from Iowa State University to the City of Ames for about 33 acres at 1915 Scholl Road. The City will restore the site to native prairie and maintain it as a recreation area at its own expense in lieu of monetary rent.
