The Board approved a not-to-exceed $64,000 purchase from MosquitoMate for sterilized male mosquitoes to conduct a 16-week summer 2026 release over a 50-acre neighborhood. Costs will be split between FY 2026 and FY 2027 to evaluate this new control method as a complement or alternative to an in-house insectary.
