Navigator Schools entered into a sublease with Citrus Springs Charter School, Inc. to operate Orange County Prep at 1821–1823 Grand Avenue from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2028. The school will pay monthly base rent starting at $64,525.54 plus its share of master lease expenses and a security deposit equal to one month’s rent, and must carry specified liability and property insurance.
