WRCOG Considers Ending MOU with Los Angeles County on Decarbonization Program

WRCOG is asked to terminate its Memorandum of Understanding with Los Angeles County for administration of the Equitable Building Decarbonization Program in the Inland Empire while remaining involved as an unfunded community partner. The action would end the formal contractual relationship with Los Angeles County for this program.
