Effective for one year from the date of the latest signature, with current assignment confirmations from August 3, 2026 through June 2, 2027; auto-renews annually unless terminated

Initial one-year term beginning on the effective date, with automatic renewal for successive one-year terms unless either party elects not to renew by providing notice per the agreement. Assignments may be modified or terminated under the termination clauses.
