The California Enterprise Development Authority approved a loan agreement to facilitate up to $22 million in conduit financing for CGF Properties LLC to acquire, construct, and equip student housing facilities leased to Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena. The tax-exempt Authority Loans from East West Bank will be repaid solely from the borrower’s loan payments and are subject to City of Pasadena TEFRA approval.
