The Board will consider approving a $4,609,399 sole source contract with Crestwood Behavioral Health from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2028 to operate a 4-bed Enhanced Short-Term Residential Therapeutic Program for youth in crisis. The contract waives standard bidding and allows up to three additional one-year renewals through June 30, 2031, subject to funding constraints.
