Costa Mesa City Council approved the annual 3% assessment on hotel room sales, funding tourism and marketing programs via Travel Costa Mesa for fiscal year 2025-26. TCM will conduct promotional activities and sponsor tourist events benefitting local hotels and motels. Assessment to be collected monthly from 11 properties.
