Description

The Keokuk City Council approved a Memorandum of Understanding with Keokuk Junction Railway Co. LLC to jointly pursue a CRISI grant for rehabilitation of the Keokuk Mississippi Bridge. Under the MOU, the railway will fund up to $100,000 in preliminary engineering and environmental work and contribute up to 5% of project costs while the City maintains ownership and adjusts per-car tolls.
