The School Board of Broward County approved a First Amendment to its Special Counsel Services Agreement with Weiss Serota Helfman Cole & Bierman, P.L. to expand the firm’s role to include litigation services in the Oakland Park Dixie matter and related concurrency, zoning, and mitigation issues. The engagement will be funded with Capital funds, adding to the firm’s existing transactional legal services for the district.
