Master Contract term is July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027 and is not automatically renewed; any subsequent Master Contract must be renegotiated prior to June 30, 2027 under Title 5 CCR 3062(d). If not renegotiated by June 30, the parties have 90 days from July 1 of the new fiscal year to consummate a new contract per Education Code 56366(c); payments cease if the new Master Contract is not executed within 90 days.
