SCOG proposes adding WSDOT’s SR 11 North of Oyster Creek - Unstable Slopes project to the RTIP, with $13,730,095 in combined STBG(S) and MVA funding across PE, right-of-way, and construction phases. The project will stabilize multiple unstable slopes along SR 11 to address chronic instability and maintenance needs.
