The Port Authority reauthorized the Phase IV rehabilitation of the World Trade Center River Water Pump Station, raising the total project cost to $61.8 million and increasing Yonkers Contracting Co. Inc.'s contract by about $11.7 million. The added funds cover unforeseen structural slab replacements and extend construction by roughly 18 months.
