Agencies to Contract with Hart Halsey for Extra-Duty Police Staffing

The Town of Gibsonville and other local agencies will each enter into a separate contract with Hart Halsey, LLC to supply sworn law enforcement officers for extra-duty staffing at the Alamance Behavioral Health Center. The interlocal agreement establishes a two-year term with automatic two-year renewals and outlines jurisdiction, supervision, and indemnification responsibilities.
