Right-of-way at Garners Ferry–Harmon to be conveyed to SCDOT

Richland County staff recommends transferring 0.479 acres of right-of-way at the Garners Ferry Road and Harmon Road intersection to the South Carolina Department of Transportation at no cost. The deed transfer will place the improved intersection under SCDOT’s long-term control and maintenance, closing out the 2012 Penny project segment.
