Craighead County, Monette Partner on ARDOT Intersection Project

Craighead County and the City of Monette are entering into an interlocal Memorandum of Understanding to jointly fund Arkansas Department of Transportation Job 101189, an intersection improvement project on Highways 18 and 139. Under the agreement, Monette will contribute $373,000 toward the estimated $798,000 project cost between 2026 and 2030 and will own and maintain the intersection signage in perpetuity.
