Addendum specifies that the agreement automatically renews for month‑to‑month terms unless the equipment is purchased or returned, or written notice of non‑renewal is given at least 30 days before the end of the term. It also provides that the agreement terminates at the end of any fiscal year in which funds are not appropriated or the agreement is not renewed, provided the customer returns the equipment.
