Initial term runs through hour ending 24:00 January 1, 2067; after that date the agreement remains in effect as permitted by law until terminated by Agency or Municipality on not less than one year written notice. Rates are reviewed and may be revised at least annually via the S-1 Supplemental Power and Transmission Rate Schedules.
