Donner Summit Public Utility District plans to enter into a Reimbursement Agreement with Soda Springs Mountain Resort for snowmaking water system improvements. The Resort will reimburse DSPUD up to $35,000 for design, permitting, and construction costs while DSPUD retains ownership and ongoing maintenance responsibilities. The agreement will remain in effect until the work is complete and all invoices are paid.
