Huntley Community School District 158 is proposing a one-year Statement of Work with Northwestern Medicine - Huntley Hospital to provide 2026 employee biometric screenings and wellness services at $112 per completed screening. The self-insured district will offer on-site and remote screenings, wellness incentives, and optional additional bloodwork under a continuing agreement terminable with 30 days’ notice.
