UTILITIES

Primary Term: begins with Client’s September 2026 meter read and continues for 43 meter read and billing cycles; automatically renews for additional 12‑month Secondary Term(s) on an evergreen basis unless either party gives 30 days’ written notice before term expiration.

Primary Term commences with the September 2026 meter read for 43 meter read/billing cycles. Agreement then automatically renews for successive 12‑month Secondary Term(s) on an evergreen basis under the same product and pricing structures unless either party provides at least 30 days’ written notice of intent not to renew. Archer may also modify Secondary Term product or pricing by written notice at least 30 days before changes take effect; Client waives any obligation for additional advance notice prior to automatic renewal.

Contract
