Upper Arlington is considering Ordinance 29-2026 to renew and formalize a lease with the Solid Waste Authority of Central Ohio for continued operation of the Roberts Road yard waste composting facility. The lease allows SWACO to run regional composting and add a recycling convenience center on City-owned property at no cost to the City.
