Bastrop ISD entered into a professional services agreement with O'Hanlon, Demerath & Castillo, PC to serve as outside counsel in youth social media addiction litigation under MDL 3047 and JCCP 5225. The firm will receive 90% of attorneys’ fees on a contingent basis, with detailed hourly rates outlined in an attached schedule and no exposure of the District’s general funds for the contingent fees.
