District extends wireless easement with New Cingular

$20,000.00 per year, increasing 10% every five years starting September 1, 2030

Original term expiring August 31, 2035, automatically renewing for four (4) additional five-year Renewal Terms thereafter

At the end of the final Renewal Term presently set forth in the Agreement (currently expiring August 31, 2035), the term will automatically renew for four consecutive five-year Renewal Terms on the same terms and conditions unless New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC gives written notice of non-renewal at least 60 days before the then-current term expires. Annual fee increases by 10% every five-year term starting September 1, 2030.
