Description

Parks & Recreation staff recommended that the Park Board approve a reduced non-resident rental package of $7,065.00 for the Girl Scouts’ 44th annual Owl Prowl event on January 16–17, 2027, including additional staffing and professional cleaning costs. The overnight program will use multiple community center spaces and the aquatic facility for 4th–12th grade participants.
