The City of Rio Vista is considering approval of an agreement with Eco Tierra to perform expert review and analysis of the Suisun Expansion Plan Environmental Impact Report. The contract would authorize up to $173,815 plus a 20% contingency of $34,763, funded equally by the Business Park Fund 075 and the General Fund Planning Services, with work commencing upon execution in June 2026.
