Description

Fremont School District entered into a ten‑year tuition and transportation agreement with Epping School District for Fremont high school students to attend Epping High School beginning July 1, 2026. Tuition will be calculated annually based on NH DOE per‑pupil costs with a 10% cap on yearly increases and a proportional surplus return to Fremont.

Either party may terminate for cause related to nonpayment of tuition or failure to provide appropriate education. Upon expiration without a successor agreement, enrolled Fremont students may continue at Epping through graduation or age 22.
