The Redevelopment Authority of the County of Lancaster amended its FY 2025 contract with Lancaster Emergency Medical Services Association to add $20,000 in PHARE 2020 funds. The additional funding supports continued operation of the Refresh Lancaster mobile hygiene unit through June 2026, after which Authority funding will cease.
