The City of Stockton is entering into a Property Tax Allocation Agreement with the County of San Joaquin to govern base and incremental tax sharing for the LeBaron Ranch and Thornton Road annexation areas. The pact allocates 90% of base property taxes and 60% of growth to the County, with the remainder to the City, and becomes effective upon County approval.
