Lyon County to Renew Area II Joint Powers Agreement

Effective upon last member signature; continues indefinitely unless terminated under the agreement

Prior termination date language of December 31, 2025 is struck and replaced with language making the agreement effective indefinitely until terminated by two‑thirds of participating county boards or superseded by a subsequent joint powers agreement. Any member may withdraw on 90 days’ written notice, forfeiting certain property and levy shares, and unused special funds may be returned if a county does not renew at a future renewal point.
