Since December 2016 the City of Burlington has leased a 49-stall public parking lot at 423 Fairhaven Avenue from property owner Nick Crandall, most recently at $875 per month on a month-to-month basis. The City Council is now considering whether to terminate the lease and rely on other City-owned parking or negotiate a new market-rate rental agreement.
