The East Cleveland City School District is set to enter a three-party agreement with the Educational Service Center of Northeast Ohio and Carrington Youth Academy LLC to provide educational and related services to students at the Carrington facility during the 2026-2027 school year, with payments not to exceed $850,000.00 from the General Fund. ESCNEO will serve as the service provider under this arrangement.
