Description

The City of Saint Peter is entering into an exclusive listing agreement with Miller Real Estate to market and sell 16 city-owned lots along Cullen Street in the Traverse Green Phase III subdivision. Under the agreement, the city will pay a 4% commission on lot sales and provide repayable $100,000 catalyst contributions per higher-end home built by Miller Homes on up to two lots.
