The Town of Spring Lake Board of Commissioners approved Resolution 2026-21 accepting Cumberland County’s proposal to fund and transfer fire protection and emergency services for the Manchester Fire District. The agreement provides $647,507 annually with a $600,000 minimum funding floor, plus a $50,000 mutual aid payment, for a term from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2029.
