Reeves paving GTR-SMA project on I-26 Newberry

The South Carolina Department of Transportation is working with Reeves on an ongoing ground tire rubber Stone Matrix Asphalt paving project on I-26 near Newberry in 2026, produced under SCDOT’s July 1, 2024 dry-process specifications.
