The Walnut City Council will consider entering into a cost sharing agreement with the Los Angeles Gateway Region Integrated Regional Water Management Joint Powers Authority (GWMA) for NPDES-required monitoring of Harbor Toxic Pollutant in the San Gabriel River. The City Manager would be authorized to execute all related agreement documents on behalf of the City.
