The City of Alvarado and the Alvarado Economic Development Corporation are considering approval of a Professional Services Agreement with Innovative Transportation Solutions Inc. for transportation consulting services related to TxDOT and other transportation projects. The proposed contract provides a $3,500 monthly retainer, not to exceed $42,000 annually, for a one-year term with an automatic one-year extension.
