Village of Grafton to Provide Interim Fire Admin for OCFD

The Ozaukee Central Fire Department entered into an MOU with the Village of Grafton, authorizing Grafton’s Police and Fire Commission to provide interim personnel administration and Chief appointment services. OCFD will reimburse the Village for all related costs through the end of 2026.

Contract Amount
An amount equaling costs incurred by Grafton related to the duties provided herein by the Commission, including, but not necessarily limited to, the costs of employee searches, advertising, vetting and background checks, prospective employee examination costs, and reasonable attorney fees for special counsel. Said payments shall be made by OCFD to Grafton within thirty (30) days of invoice.
